LOADING CHUTES

  • Morand’s Loading Chutes provide a safe and effective way to load cattle into or out of your corral system. We manufacture stationary and portable loading chutes, that fit your livestock needs.

    On the stationary and portable loading chutes, the ramp adjusts from 16’’ up to 50’’ allowing you to load from stock trailers up to and including semi units. Where as the Heavy Duty Loading Chute, has 13’ of ramp with a 5’ deck and loads only into cattle liners.

  • STATIONARY LOADING CHUTE

    Standard Features:

    • Adjusts from 16”-50” allowing you to load from stock trailers up to and including semi units.

    • 12’ of deck stays on the ground at all times giving maximum stability.

    • 13’ ramp

    • 1/8” checker board floor

    • Set as 16” for stock trailers,

    • the front stays vertical for a tight fit with the trailer. This reduces the chance of a leg being caught.

    • Side panels are 5’9” tall with 7 ¼” spacing.

    • Hoops are 90” tall (85” inside)

    • Grouser bars made from 1 ½” sq. tube, 8” apart- No Slipping

    • 12” of tin on the side to prevent feet from slipping out.

    • Weighs 1140lbs

    Standard Features:

    All the Same Features from the Stationary Loading Chute with a few extras to make it portable.

  • HEAVY DUTY LOADING CHUTES

    Standard Features:

    • Has 17’ of frame sitting on the ground for excellent stability

    • Utilizes 13’ of ramp climbing to 45’’ tall

    • 5’ deck level into the truck

    • Has blocker door entry on the driver’s side

    • 45’’ tin on the side panels

    • Equipped with swivel nose and rubber bumpers

    • Grouser bars made from 1 ½’’ sq. tube, 8’’ apart- No Slipping
