Double Alley with Transition & Double Rolling Door
Double Rolling Door stops/separates the animals from moving backward into the tub or forwards into the alley. It uses the same gravity lock system to catch the door and to keep it in place, similar to the Single Rolling Door and the Rolling Door on the Squeeze. We use a track and bearing system on both rolling doors at the top, that the door slides in & out for safer and quicker separation. (shown above)
The Double Rolling Door goes between the Tub and Double Alley.
Double Rolling Door has similar features to a single rolling door.
The Double Rolling Door is designed to connect to Morand’s Double Alley with Transition.

8ft Adjustable Alley (Single Alley)
The Double Alley quick adjust works the same as the single 8’ adjustable alley and the Morand Cattle Squeeze. Pull down on the handle and the sides squeeze together to close up the alley. You can process smaller animals up to larger bulls. The back up gate hangs from the top of the alley, its job is to stop the animal from moving back into the tub. Adding on a Double Rolling Door also stops/separates the animals from moving backward into the tub or forwards into the alley.
The Transition consists of 3 sides, 2 man gates, and gate to separate which alley the animal can come out of, (that can be latched, from either side) and a 3’ spreader. The 3’ spreader will connect to a single alley.
The Double Alley with Transition goes after the Double Rolling Door in the system line up.
The Double Alley with transition is designed to connect to Morand Industries Ltd products.

Lead Up Pen

Palpation Cage
Palpation Cages provide a safe area for vets, farmers & ranchers, to perform a wide range of livestock inspections and procedures including pregnancy checks and artificial insemination.
Palpation cage goes behind the Squeeze chute.
Has 2 doors on both sides of the palpation cage.
Both gates can be swung into or out of the cage, where the spring loads latch securely to the striker plates, blocking access to the 8’ adjustable alley and squeeze, thus creating a pathway for someone to cut across to the other side of the system.
The Palpation Cage goes after the Alleys and Before the Morand Cattle Squeeze in the system line up.

Rolling Door
Rolling Door stops/separates the animals from moving backward into the tub or forwards into the alley. 14″ Splitter
The Splitter is 14’’ wide, this item goes between the 8’ adjustable alley sections, to give it a slight turn in the system, versus having it straight. Similar to an S alley, but different. The idea is that if one animal goes the rest will follow, so having the splitter gives the illusion that there is freedom on the other side, so the animals follow the herd.

Lead Up Pen
Heavy Panels at Morand Industries Ltd are constructed of 1.9’’ .083 wall, 14 gauge tubing.
The Heavy Overheads gate is constructed of 1.9’’ .083 wall, 14 gauge tubing and the frame is constructed out of 2 3/8’’ .125 wall.
The Heavy Walk In, panel and gate is constructed of 1.9’’ .083 wall, 14 gauge tubing and the frame is constructed out of 2 3/8’’ .125 wall.
The 10’ Spreader goes in between the four panels, giving it more strength to withstand the crowding of animals being sorted into the Tub.
Comes with sixteen pins to connect to the next panel, overhead, walk in, tub system, etc.
The Lead Up Pen package consists of 3-12’ Heavy Panels, 1-12’ Heavy Walk In, 1-10’ Spreader, 1-10’ Heavy Overhead.
The Lead Up Pens are designed to bring your bison and cattle, into the Tub System in a more effective way for sorting.
Having a Walk In Gate, allows you access to the Lead Up Pen, from the alley section, without having to enter the pens at the far side.
Extra Lead Up Pens can be added on and/or bigger holding pens, for sorting a larger herd, down to smaller number of animals in each pen.
